Quality Inspection Process

QNORD has a detailed inspection and testing process for goods from different suppliers, different years, and different packaging conditions to ensure that the quality of goods from any source is guaranteed before entering QNORD's warehouses.

Photography Standards

If the supplier does not agree to unpacking during the quality inspection, it is necessary to communicate with the purchasing agent, and if the purchasing agent agrees to pay first, it is still necessary to unpack and inspect the goods normally after payment.

Quality Standard

Audit the need to carefully check the material model, packaging, silkscreen, brand, packaging, and packaging integrity (such as the discovery of the model, packaging, brand, silkscreen and other information errors need to be timely feedback and procurement and sales), there are material information errors need to be fed back to the sales, the sales have not replied to the normal shipment of goods

Tape and reel material audit, if found that the tape with more than one section of the situation, need to check with the sales of the situation, the normal situation of 2 sections need to be reported with the brother sales, more than 2 sections need to be into the special treatment (re-programming or with the supplier to replace the material)

Tray materials need to use the tape machine to beat the tape after the completion of the audit, and then put desiccant + humidity indication card, with aluminum foil bag vacuum packaging, tray materials need to be all vacuum packaging

Tube loaded materials need to be loaded into the tube loaded static bag after the audit, the label is affixed to the static bag, there shall be no more use of stretch film wrapped after the label, no zipper type sealing static bag needs to be sealed using a sealing machine (MSL2 or more need to be vacuumed with an aluminum foil bag)

After the completion of the audit needs to be in accordance with the standards of packaging incomplete materials for standard packaging, shipping the inner packaging must appear non-anti-static material packaging materials (such as: stretch film, transparent adhesive, A4 paper, etc.)
